Sale of Gym Equipment

Tenders are invited for the purchase in one (1) lot of gym equipment.

The Institute will not permit the pieces of equipment to be purchased individually. The equipment was serviced by the Institute in May 2019. Notwithstanding this the gym equipment is sold as seen and the Institute will not be in a position to provide any warranties or guarantees with the sale.

Interested tenderers may view the equipment prior to submitting a tender. Viewings can be made by appointment by emailing: William.osullivan@staff.ittralee.ie

Tenders will only be accepted upon receipt of a signed Appendix A.

Closing date for receipt of tenders is 12.00noon on Monday, 24th June 2019.

Interested tenderers must be in a position to collect the equipment by the end of June 2019.

Please refer to Appendix B for a list of the equipment for sale.

REQUIREMENTS:

• All offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Sale of Gym Equipment” to: Ciara Shanahan, Finance Office, Institute of Technology Tralee, Clash, Tralee, Co. Kerry to arrive no later than 12.00noon on Monday, 24th June 2019.
• Offers may be submitted in person or by post. Faxed or e-mailed tenders will not be accepted.
• All tender lists are suspended, tenderers must apply to this notice.
• The currency of tender shall be in Euros only.
• Tax Clearance and other procedures may apply.
• The Institute reserves the right not accept the highest or any tender.
• Payment must be made by way of bank draft or EFT within five days of being requested, otherwise the Institute reserves the right to contact the next highest bidder.
• Tenderers must bid for the complete lot as listed in Appendix B. The Institute will not permit the pieces of equipment to be purchased individually.
• All equipment must be collected by the end of June 2019.
