Annual Kerry Month of Enterprise showcases over 50 events across the county
Now in its 7th year, the annual Kerry Month of Enterprise (KMOE) is a month long series of events taking place in March that gives existing businesses and budding entrepreneurs the opportunity to connect, network and discover the supports available as they grow sustainable businesses in Kerry.
The month is a collaborative initiative supported by IT Tralee, Kerry County Council, Kerry Local Enterprise Office, Enterprise Ireland, North, East & West Kerry Development (NEWKD); South Kerry Partnership Development (SKDP), IRD Duhallow, IDA Ireland, and Údarás na Gaeltachta.
“Collaboration is a cornerstone of enterprise in Kerry and it is this cooperation that continues to foster the growth of indigenous and foreign direct investment organisations across the region”, said Brid McElligott. Vice President of Research, Development and External Engagement at IT Tralee.
The calendar for 2020 which can be viewed at www.kmoe.ie includes over 50 events across the month. The county-wide events cater for all stages of business across many sectors from start-ups to established and growing businesses. Pre-registration is required for some events.
The events will cover a broad range of topics such as Brexit Planning, Back to Work Enterprise supports, LEAN process for SMEs, Social Media for Business training and IT Tralee’s Cantillon 2020 Digital Series, among others.
