Getting College-Ready Calendar of Events
The Get Colleage Ready - Calendar of Events 2024 Semester 2 is a suite of events and activities designed to raise awareness of the student experience, programmes of study in higher education, admissions requirements and academic skills required for success in third-level as we develop a suite of events with the Universities’ Academic Departments to promote access, transfer and progression. The Get College Ready - Calendar of Events will be made available as soon as University activities resume. Please check for updates regularly.
Linked Schools Programme
The Access Service Linked Schools Programme works in partnership with school staff, local communities, MTU staff, and students from primary and secondary schools to support greater participation by students from our linked schools. The Linked Schools Programme works with 27 selected Schools in the Cork/Kerry region.
Academic, personal or social supports are provided for eligible candidates who transfer from Access Linked Schools into MTU.

HEAR
MTU Kerry Campus is part of the HEAR (Higher Education Access Route) national admissions scheme which offers places on reduced points and extra college support to school leavers under 23 years old from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Read More
