Micro-credential on developing Intercultural Awareness Current trends of globalisation, migration and growth in international student intake both nationally and internationally support the need for greater Intercultural awareness among HEI staff. “I found EDSU to be professional, efficient and extremely supportive. The staff there successfully realised the initial ideas for the project and developed content that accurately achieved more than what was hoped for. As well as showing a keen eye for instructional design, EDSU also injected the educational worth and sound basis that the content needed.” Natasha Kinsella, CEO Irish Hospitality Institute.
